All appointment bookings are non-refundable. Please check with Chris before booking the appointment if you are not sure about your particular situation.

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time prior to the 24 hour time period before your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule as many times as you like.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are all busy people. The appointment that was scheduled took precedent over another important issue. Time is our most valuable resource and we can’t make any more of it.

We require all customers to provide at least 24-hours of notice when canceling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full session using the payment method provided at booking. Customers arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.
